Depending on the shipping method you select, your ceramic product could be sitting at your front door in four days to four weeks. Privacy Robert does not share your information with other companies and protects the privacy of the information you supply him. My Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ceramic purchase, it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges back to Japan). This policy is good for ten days after receipt of the work. However, the piece must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was sent to you.
