Miyama Jar by Nagayoshi Kazu
Have you ever read ‘The Road Through Miyama’ by Leila Philip? If so then you know that she apprenticed there in Kagoshima (Kyushu) at Nagayoshi Kazu’s studio. Now in his 90’s Nagayoshi is still working and here is a most delightful ‘planetary’ example of his work in a multi-color-banded jar. It’s in perfect condition with a signed box, it’s 25.2cm.tallx27, signed on base. We also have two guinomi which are with signed boxes, 10,000 yen each (Left On Reserve).
