Natural Ash-Glazed Tamba Vessel by Nishihata Tadashi

Nishihata Tadashi (b.1948) is most likely the greatest traditional Tamba ceramic in Japan today—more about him in our archives. Here is a richly-fired natural ash-glazed triangular textured Nishihata vase that was placed in a prime space in the anagama. It’s in perfect condition with a signed box, 28.5cm.tallx14.5, signed on base, EMS delivery incl.
