Three Sometsuke Mt. Fuji Jars by Suzuki Michio

Suzuki Michio lives in Fuji City with a glorious view from his studio window of Mt. Fuji, thus his inspiration for his cobalt blue sometsuke porcelain jars. Suzuki studied in Kyoto and graduated from the Kyoto City University of Arts in 1957 after studying with Tomimoto Kenkichi, Kondo Yuzo and Fujimoto Yoshimichi, all past Living National Treasures; Suzuki moved to Fuji City in 1973. More photos on request, the largest one is 30cm.tallx29, the one with gold and red is the higher priced one (Sold), all with signed boxes, signed on base.
