Two Chawan by Yoshida Yoshihiko
Few chawan makers in Japan are as ‘deep’ as Yoshida Yoshihiko(b.1936). Here are two of Yoshida’s signature chawan forms and glazes–Shino and Kohiko, each in perfect condition with signed boxes; the Shino is Sold; the kohiki is Sold.

Peony Lidded Vessel by Mochizuki Shu
Mochizuki Shu(b.1960) studied ceramic art at the Tokyo University of Art where he has also taught. His works have a pleasing tonality and design often depicting floral motifs. His works are influenced by Asano Yo. This peony box is 8.7cm.tallx22.4×22, signed on base with a signed box.
