Three Exhibition Exhibited Neriage Jars by Matsui Koyo
Matsui Koyo(b.1962) is the son of past Living National Treasure Matsui Kosei and continues in the intricate neriage-marbled wares created by his father. Here are three extraordinary neriage tsubo each shown in Matsui's most recent Tokyo Mitsukoshi exhibition catalog, a copy of which comes with each tsubo. The taller one is 33.4cm.tallx19.4 and ;the lighter colored one is 28cm.tallx29.8 and the smaller of the three is 24.6cm.tallx25.8 and signed boxes, signed on base.
