Bizen's Nakamura Makoto makes some of the finest tableware---as well as sake vessels---in all of Bizen. His works have a warmth and feel that places him right up there with Rosanjin for Bizen serving vessels. Nakamura loves Rosanjin's Bizen and told me he often studied them as well as those made by Kaneshige Toyo. Here are three very user-friendly Nakamura small serving bowls perfect for side dishes or salads; truly will highlight any food presented within.
