Sculpture / Toki / Ogi Takuya
Up and coming ceramic artist Ogi Takuya(b.1981) creates original works in his Gifu studio that don't have much to do with all the Mino styles of the area. His works are poetic and suggestive. Here is a light green-textured 'infinity' work comprised of three interconnecting rings. In perfect condition, 15.5cm.tallx19.5x18.5, box extra. In 2009 Ogi was awarded the 'Mayor's Prize' at the 52nd Toki City Cultural Art Exhibition.
