Shigaraki Tsubo-Jar by Kato Takahiko

Greetings from Kyoto, where the movers arrived today; please bear with us for the next few days as we catch up and begin to offer new works. On the second floor of this 'tea house' is one of two tokonoma, and Kato Takahiko's Shigaraki jar in the morning light was very moving indeed. The jar is incised with endless spiral ripples, time flows on.......37cm.tallx36, perfect condition with a signed box.
