Guinomi by Living National Treasure Kinjo Jiro
Kinjo Jiro (1912-2004) was the first Okinawan artist to be designated a Living National Treasure, that was in 1985. His famous motif was that of a fish and here is a small sake-cup guinomi that has an incised-colorful fish swimming within the 'pool' and warm-swift hakeme brush lines on the outside. In perfect condition, 4cm.tallx7.2, signed on side, no box.
