Hakeme Tokkuri by Hosokawa Morihiro
Former Prime Minister Hosokawa Morihiro is now one of Japan's most popular potters, only in Japan could this happen! He makes a variety of styles and we recently selected hakeme-slip ware, Ido and Tanegashima vessels; here is a large full-body hakeme tokkuri with incised designs taken from ancient Korean prototypes; even in Japan now it's quite hard to get his Hosokawa's work.
