Two Pair of His and Her-Meoto Yunomi by Shimoka Tatsuzo-Right Pair Sold
Here are two meoto--his and hers--yunomi tea cups by Living National Treasure Shimaoka Tatsuzo; each has his legendary jomon-rope impressions for which he was named a LNT. The first set is jimi-plain and the second set has iron-underglaze designs; both sets are in perfect condition with signed boxes; the first listed set is 7.8cm.tallx7.8 for 'hers' and 8.8cm.tallx8.6cm; the second iron-design set is 8.2cm.tall for 'hers' and 9.5cm.tallx8.8cm. for his and are sold; notice too that each has a nice hakeme-brush sweep inside.
