Plate / Bizen / Kaneshige Yuho
Here is a superb set of five Bizen plates by Kaneshige Yuho(b.1950). Each has a fine firing and are perfect for Japanese cuisine. Yuho studied under his father, the late Okayama Prefecture Intangible Cultural Property Sozan Kaneshige(1909-1995)and was awarded the Japan Ceramic Society Prize in 2002. Each plate is about 2cm.tallx22, signed on base and with a single signed box.
It offers over 450 English pages and 4300+ photos on Japan's pottery scene and the styles and traditions of Japanese pottery.
