Shigaraki Mizusashi by Furutani Michio
Furutani Michio(1946-2000) made this mizusashi in a simple 'pumpkin' form and it displays classic Shigaraki 'clay flavor,' perfect for a Tea room or simply on display as is. We received a small note from Furutani's wife stating it dates to when he was between 28-32, and she also wrote that she *remembers* this mizusashi as it was one of their favorites of that time and it was a thrill to see it again! In perfect condition, 13.5cm.tall and 22.5wide, signed on base, signed box by Michio's wife.
