Neriage-Anagama-Fired Jar by Nishihata Tadashi

Veteran Tamba ceramic artist Nishihata Tadashi (b.1948) is challenging his art with something not seen before, an anagama-fired marbled ware vessel with patterns of waves and natural ash-glaze. RYYG is one of the first in the world to show this new work, this one is 28cm.tallx24.3cm wide, signed on base, signed box.
